Ingredients :-
2 eggs,125 gms mawa, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup ghee, 1/4 tsp nutmeg n elaichi pwdr, dryfruits to garnish.
Method :-
Blend eggs, mawa & sugar in a blender.
Heat ghee in a kadhai & add the mixture to it.
Keep stirring continuously till granules are formed.
Add nutmeg & elaichi pwdr to it. Put the gas off.
Garnish with dry fruits & serve.
