Basundi



Ingredients:- 
1 litre full cream milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp elaichi powder, 1 tbsp soaked & sliced almonds, 1 tbsp chironji.

Method:- 
Boil milk & reduce it to 1/2 liter on very slow gas.
Add sugar, elaichi powder, chironji & almonds.
Serve chilled with hot puris.
